Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project, a significant residential venture valued at Dh738 million, which aims to elevate living standards and nurture community development in Abu Dhabi. The expansive project encompasses 242 villas over a 50-hectare area, integrating 33 public parks and green spaces, a mosque with a capacity for 644 worshippers, two commercial centers featuring 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track.
